Romney, ¿el gran comunicador?, take 2. Or just dishonest?

Mitt Romney, ¿el gran comunicador?, stuck his foot in his mouth, quoting Castro in front of Cubans. Unfortunately for him, someone recorded it. Fortunately for Romney, they pulled it down:

Now, I wouldn’t normally make a fuss of this. But the Romney campaign has done this before. It started with Brian Camenker, who they attacked. For a while they pulled the attack down, but then put it back up, but removed all the links on their website. (This is now how they do personal attacks. They just pass the URL around)

Then, later, the Romney campaign circulated dishonestly edited video of John McCain talking about abortion.

There’s a pattern here, and it has to do with how these guys handle truth…

Ads not moving Romney’s numbers in FL

A couple of weeks ago, Mitt Romney went up with ads. And a number of people said that if his numbers didn’t move, he was toast. Well, in Florida, they aren’t moving. From a new 3-state (OH, FL, PA) Quinnipiac:

  FL OH PA
Giuliani 38% 35% 43%
McCain 18 18 17
Gingrich 14 13 8
Romney 6 3 6

Other interesting points, Rudy Giuliani continues to beat Clinton around the country and John McCain is close behind. Also, in all states, more people "have heard enough" about Giulani than McCain. That surprises me. Does McCain have room to grow?
