His point is that they may not be there. You need to participate in a caucus in the precinct that you are registered to vote in. That&#039;s tough.

		<description>When I was in college I was registered to vote (properly, I think) in the state I lived in when college was out, not the state I went to college in. Maybe this is really uncommon, but if it isn&#039;t, it might mean there are more college caucus-goers.</description>
