Isn’t Rudy’s best feature his personality?

Matt Lewis writes an interesting comparison of Giuliani and McCain’s debate strategies. It occurs to me that more than any issue, which serve to validate Rudy Giuliani’s credentials, what he is really offering voters is his personality. Isn’t that right?
